Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. That's why, if you wish, unused goods can be returned up to 30 days after receipt if you are not completely satisfied.
Return procedure
To request a return, contact us by email at info@bacpanier.ca to open a file and make the necessary arrangements for the return.
We will ask you to have your order number (receipt) or other proof of purchase on hand. For a refund to be accepted, returned merchandise must be in its original condition, include all original tags, and be deemed by Bac & Panier to be unused and undamaged.
Shipping costs will be borne by the sender. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Certain items are non-refundable. Gift cards and sale items are final sales and therefore cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item, and you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time. However, you can contact us by email at info@bacpanier.ca to see if an accommodation can be made.
Damaged or broken products
If you receive a broken or damaged item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to notify us.
Please take clear photos of the product in the condition in which you received it and attach them to your email sent to info@bacpanier.ca. . After this 30-day period, no claims for breakage or damage related to transportation will be accepted.
Packages Marked as Delivered and Package Theft
When a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer has 48 hours following the delivery confirmation to report any issues with receipt to Bac & Panier at info@bacpanier.ca.
In the event of a claim, Bac & Panier reserves the right to request and review proof of delivery provided by the carrier, including but not limited to delivery photos, GPS coordinates, signatures, or any other proof of delivery.
When proof of delivery shows that the package was delivered to the address provided at the time of order, in a location deemed reasonable or secure by the carrier, Bac & Panier cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or disappearance occurring after delivery, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
We recommend that customers living in apartment buildings, condominiums, or high-risk areas choose a secure delivery address or a pickup location when this option is available.
