Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free shipping on all orders of $85 or more before taxes, delivered to Quebec and Ontario (some exceptions apply – see below).

Remote areas and additional charges
Certain postal codes are considered remote areas by our carriers. These areas are not eligible for free shipping, and additional shipping charges apply.

If your shipping address corresponds to one of these postal codes:

You will not see shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout.

We will contact you by email once the order has been placed to provide you with the applicable shipping costs.

You will need to pay these costs by Interac e-transfer or any other payment method offered before your order is shipped.

The following postal codes are considered remote by our carriers. Additional shipping charges apply for orders to these regions. We will contact you after your order to provide you with an accurate rate.
